Excellent grounds and service, but poor room cleaning. The hotel main lobby is quite impressive and well designed. We enjoyed the SWB restaurant and the pool area is spectacular as well. The adult only pool is a haven and has a bar right next door. There's a water slide across the way that's also greG for kids and adults. You pick up a decent amount of speed!
The rooms are pretty basic. Room service came in the first day and made the bed, but did not pick up two towels that were on the floor or replace with new ones. The second day we were out of the room early for. Few hours, I came back for an hour or so to get ready then headed out again for about 5 hours. At no point while we were out or even while I was in the room did anyone from housekeeping attempt to clean, so we went without it that day. The next day the room was made up, but the garbage wasn't changed which had food wrappers in it. Thumbs down there considering the room itself is really what we are paying for....
All staff have been friendly and helpful both at the front desk, bars and poolside.
