Lazy River was great. The pools were great. The cabana was great. Everything was great except two staff members. I left about 6:54 pm on July 26 and asked a young Hispanic male with glasses what time the beach closes. He, standing next to his fellow employee, an asian woman, replied, "We kick people out about 7:50 pm". He said that in a very aggressive street style. He was cleaning up the cabanas. Young people such as him need to speak more diplomatically. His manner of speaking needs improvement. I found him to be quite rude. I spent a lot of money on the cabana and food. I plan on returning. Hopefully next time I will see an improvement in his manners. In addition, in the pool a young Caucasian lady employee told a very young little girl, "Hey you, you can't be there". Again, young employees need to be more diplomatic. Don't raise your voice with a young child. The parent was next to the child. Speak to the parent. Other then those two rude individuals, everything was great. Most employees know they are in the people business. Take care of your customers.
