So.. i realized I left my phone at the spring mountain & jones location, I called the manager to see if I indeed leave it there , well a male manager did get on the phone & tells me I can retrieve my phone as soon as I return the merchandise I stole. Feeling humiliated & very upset i told him he needs to review his cameras bc I did not take anything from there. He further told me to call back in 20 min. So I did & he tells me he has nothing to go off of & said he'll leave my phone with the cashier.
I'm happy i did get my phone back but am humiliated & embarrassed to even step foot back in that store.
Very unprofessional & wrong for accusing someone of stealing let alone saying I can't have my phone unless I return merchandise i did not take!
Sadly I did not even receive an apology, felt I was mistreated & management was very unprofessional.
