I'm not one to review a convenient store. QT is my favorite gas station and Ive always gone out of my way to stop at a QT before any other chain. They always provide fast service, have clean facilities, and a well lit parking lot. I supposed I've taken this level of service for granted and have never written a review of praise. But my recent experience has prompted me to write a review. I stopped in just a bit ago to fuel up and witnessed a transaction between the manager on duty and an upset customer. A rather large man was wanting to purchase alcohol and the manager on duty refused the sale. Why did he refuse the sale? Well, the man was obviously intoxicated and a danger to the public. This smaller manager refused the sale and stood his ground even when the customer became upset. He calmly explained to the customer that he's obviously intoxicated and it would be irresponsible for him to make this sale. The man left very upset. Great job and way to do the right thing!
