Joe and entire staff have been amazing. Had a water heater that rusted and leaked into my mast bedroom. After calling and meeting with a few companies, LVR had me right when they stepped through the door. I met with Brian that day who walked me through their process and assured me in the quality work that they do. Throughout the repair, Joe, Brian, Blane and the rest of the company made sure that the work was done in a timely manner and to perfection. They also made sure my insurance met the needs of the repair without cutting any corners (a problem I've had with my insurance in the past). They all kept in contact (answering my calls and reaching out to me with progress reports) which was great compared to companies I have previously worked with.
