Cute hotel - they thought about every collegiate detail from throw pillows and plaid window valances to student ID themed rom carts. However they did not put much effort into customer service. We would have appreciated a late check out and requested this after we checked in and the student working the desk said there wasn't a manager on site or someone she could call to approve it. We were told to call back in the morning, so we did and we're again told no. Clearly wining a guest over with throw pillows is more important than actual guest service. Room wise - comfy, cute and great bed. Provided toiletries have terrible scents- who wants to smell like cilantro or Axe body spray. They did not provide wash clothes or enough bath towels. Location was great - but there are other hotel options that I'm guessing have better focus on guest service. Would not stay here again.
