I got an email inviting me to review, so I will.
The day before my oil change I called and asked if an appointment was required. They said no, they do it while you wait. So the next day I pulled up and I asked if I could get an oil change and the lady said she'd ask, and I waited awhile for one of 4 people to get of the phone. A man finally walked by and the lady asked him to speak with me. I asked if I could get a oil change and he squinted his eyes and shook his head and said he wasn't sure. I told him I spoke with someone the day before that said I did not need an appointment and that it wouldn't be a problem. He went and got that guy and he said he could get me in. I said I needed to pick up my daughter at some point and needed to know how long it would take. He said no longer than an hour.
I went to wait in the lounge and poured a coffee. It was cold. I'll upload a photo. Exactly one hour later he came to get me to pay. He said the car was being washed and would be up in 5 mins. 1-15 mins goes by and he went to the back to see where the car was. I was sweating so I went back inside. I saw my car pull up and came back outside, so I come out and he says "Looks like your mirror is broken." Well, it wasn't before I said. He said he had no explanation and that they would fix it and he would call me the next day.
So far, I have not received a call. I have to work and do not have time to deal with this, and leave for vacation in one day. I am terrified of driving with no mirror with my child in the car.
This was a terrible experience.
