I meet a co-worker here for one of my jobs about once a month. All of the employees have always been friendly and assisted me in what I have a taste for. There is usually a decent lunch crowd in there, however I've never had to wait in line, or wait long for my drink. The food looks and smells good, however I have never gone for a meal.
I've always thought of it to be comfortable, but I also just like Berea a lot, especially their little downtown area. The mass of windows on two walls is a plus, especially if it's one of those days where we see sunlight.
