I've visited this couple today. While views from very few units is amazing, the build is unbelievably cheap and poorly designed. The cost of rent, does not parking and is very premium you would expect from luxury apartments. It feels they they tried to replicate the luxury but unfortunately did not work out very well. The color of paint is just dreadful. As you walk into units right away the bad craftsmanship and architecture. I thought the lake view was wonderful but rest is just set us off.
