i have been a member of this gym since it opened, it was great, clean, friendly staff, and wasn't too packed. now its jammed with people, that do not know to let ppl work in or share equipment, its now understaffed and getting run down. And yet this is not the reason for my 1 star review. Tonight I went there but forgot my keytag, first time ever, no biggie I thought there is staff there this time of day. Not allowed in. Not even going to look me up in the system. I would have had to pay a day pass fee, ok no big deal, its 10 bucks a month what can a day pass be?!?! $10. Yes $10 gets you a month.. or a day...or an hour long workout such as it is, and zero wiggle room. I did not pay a $10 day pass and soon they will not be getting my monthly fee amount either. Customer service is gone, member retention gone, and this member? Gone.
