I went into this branch to open a business checking account. I had all of the necessary documents on a thumb drive. The person with whom I spoke refused to open the account because I did not have the documents in paper format.
He actually told me that they had no ability to print the documents from a thumb drive. He was obviously lying since there were computers on numerous desks all of which had USB ports.
I have a personal checking account at Wells Fargo but I'm trying to get that account move to a credit union. I don't think big banks like Wells Fargo give a crap about small business owners or individual customers. This branch seems particularly poorly managed. I would avoid it at all costs.
