This is the worst place EVER!!!!!!! Stay away from this place. Brittany is the worst manager ever and this place has the worst customer service. My husband succumb to the sale's pressure and purchased 30 sessions of colonic therapy. Excessive colonic irrigation can be dangerous. So I tried to call and work some deal out with them to reduce the amount of sessions he purchased, I was treated with very hostile attitude. The manager Brittany hung up on me and refused to answer my questions. I tried to call the number 3 more times and no one answered. So I dialed a different number on their website and asked to speak to a different manager, the receptionist transferred me to Brittany again and I was told by Brittany that I can only talk to her. Later on I found out from my husband because they contacted him to complain about me, Brittany told my husband that I tried to harass the receptionist by calling 13 times. This is such a RIDICULOUS experience that my husband and I have to go through. So in the end, they only agreed to refund half of the 600 dollars. SO BE VERY CAREFUL if you want to go to this place!
