I'll start by saying I've been to the Gilbert, Scottsdale and Phoenix locations. I ended up purchasing at Gilbert just because I was closest to that location one day. I found I kept going back to the same couch and a lovely woman (can't recall her name) came by at the right moment and I made the decision to buy a couch, chair and a half and ottoman.
I was nervous for the outcome due to many horrible reviews but decided to give them a shot. I asked for a larger selection of color swatches instead of the few they had in the 'living room'. Since my color choices were not standard my order was considered non standard which was no extra cost. It does take a few weeks to make- 3.5 for mine.
Other than the chipped foot on the sofa everything went well. I had to have the couch hoisted (their delivery team did not do this) to my balcony to fit inside so took the legs off and put the chipped one where it isn't as visible.
Overall I'd say it was a good experience and would consider using them again. Prices are great and now I look like an adult with real furniture.
