HONEST and FAIR!
I'm wondering how long it's going to take companies to realize that we live in the age of Yelp and savvy consumers. Bad companies will receive bad reviews and on the flip side, places like Woodie's will be rewarded!
Woodie's deserves high praise for being honest and treating this young female very fairly today. I had just visited another auto repair service down the road that had tried to COMPLETELY swindle me. As I was driving by Woodie's I decided to drop in. So glad I did!!
Steve took great care of me. He addressed my tire needs without bad mouthing the repair facility that had fed me a load of crock before him. That shows a lot of character. I called my dad afterwards to relay the morning's events. He works on cars in a very small town in NC and was so glad that Woodie's didn't overcharge or try to get me to buy a new tire. They treated me like their own daughter!
