I rode in to pick up a head light that I had ordered. Before going to the parts dept I walked around some looking at the bikes on the floor. There were Several sales staff wondering around, visiting with each other etc. Only 1 was with a customer. Not a single one greeted, smiled, nodded, or acknowledged me in any way. I was there 10 minutes looking because I'm getting ideas for customizing my bike, but they wouldn't know that. They just looked at and past me.
Finally went to the parts counter. Where I was walked past, twice before a guy went and got a lady to help me. She was polite.
Walking out no one said anything, walked past three guys by the door who didn't stop talking to bother saying thanks for coming in...
