I am giving it two stars because the massage was good. However, the girl at the front desk is awful. I will not return to this location ever again. Rude, condescending and aloof. They lost my information ( I have been at least a dozen times). Did they call to tell me to come in early to fill it out? No, they waited until I walked in for my appointment. When I left the room she proceeded to complain about me to my sister. After I was done, she explained that I was not given the deep tissue massage because the therapist asked to have switched when they saw their schedule. I said that is worse (then me thinking it was mistake in booking) she then said I had changed it. She then blew me off. Never once apologized, never once said I understand. Go to another location. The front desk experience is not worth it.
