DO NOT BUY TIME SHARE OR STAY HERE!!!
This is the 2nd time we came back. Family of 5. I keep think it will get better. But Shell and Wyndham are like the worst relationships you would ever get yourself into! Our floor wasn't vacuumed.
1. Wyndham and Shell employees are not the same however name tags say Wyndham
2. They constantly blame each other don't fix the problem
3. There is always something broken down
4. Customer service isn't that great
5. They don't care about cleanliness
6. They double booked our room
7. They don't know how to communicate
8. Everything from the ice machine to laundry room is far!!!
9. Don't stay in building #2 laundry there is NO laundry facility
10. Did I mention not worth your time. I think Motel 6 would have been a better option for us!
