This is my first Lexus experience and I could not be more pleased. I've always liked the brand but never thought about owning one until recently. From the moment I walked in the doors I was greeted with smiling faces and everyone was very accommodating. Tyler Johnson was fantastic in helping pick the car that best suited my needs, Kathy Tomascello was phenomenal throughout the entire process of purchasing, and I was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my busy schedule to have Ryan Ruland come to my work and walk me through all the bells and whistles I knew nothing about. Every encounter with each employee has been beyond satisfactory and I am so glad that I chose to work with Hendrick Lexus!
