+ The staff is very friendly and accommodating despite the short-comings of the hotel.
+ Breakfast was average, good overall.
- My thermostat wasn't working properly. It was either way too hot or way too cold in my room.
- The shower drained very slowly.
- The cable is intermittent.
- No safe to store valuables.
- No valet.
- Bedding is really rough...perhaps low thread count?
- Terrible pillows.
- Lunch not available.
Surprised this is hotel is part of Starwood family. Not really at the same level of other Starwood hotels. Pretty high price point considering the hotel room conditions.
