I don't like saying negative things about businesses. But this was an upsetting day. I'm very disappointed in my and my son's visit today. I made an appointment for an exam and cleaning. After I arrived, they told me that I would have to pay $125 for a cleaning. Then they ran my credit for a service that wasn't even going to happen. Then when I tried to get the cleaning done, they said there's no hygienist available until NOVEMBER. THREE months away. WE CAME FOR A CLEANING. They brought us in under false pretenses. Then they took us into a BUSINESS OFFICE & were really adamant with trying to do bigger procedures on our teeth instead of a cleaning.. And using scare tactics when I wasn't comfortable rushing into it. After saying "No," they offered a discount and kept asking why I wasn't going to let them do it today.. if I was approved for their financial package. I went from being spoken to by one lady, to the lady bringing her manager in when I wasn't willing to accept their financial package to operate on our teeth today. Zooming in on our x-rays as if to make things worse than they were. I felt like I was being bullied into making a rushed decision. They knew if I left today, I would not be back. They were right. They were pushy and gave me an EXTREMELY bad vibe. I wanted a cleaning and just got an exam & sales pitch to try to make more money off of me and my son. It didn't feel like a dentist office. It felt like a really scary sales office that preys on the poor. They weren't interested in my needs or common ethics. Just making money... Sad. 0 stars. RUN.
