There are a bunch of things that I really like about Camelback Kia. First and foremost the Red 2014 Kia Rio LS I bought from them last year was an outstanding car. Solid, dependable, economical, well designed and great to drive! Second, two sales managers, Frank Salerno (now at ABC Nissan) and another individual, were especially helpful to me. Frank helped with two important financial managers and the other upgraded me from a 2013 Forte with 27,000 miles which I originally picked out t to the Rio with 11,000 miles. YIPPEE! i also really liked my sales person Ryan Nejad who worked with me extensively on the deal and then he graciously drove me 16 miles back and forth to my home in that we had to drop off my bike -- I had bus and biked to the dealership -- and return to the dealership to get the car. One thing that was especially nice at my service appointments, Camelback washed the car saving me time and money. In related matters, I had great experiences with Kia Motors Finance and with Geico, an insurer that Camelback Kia introduced to me. Saving the best for last, the general manager Shawn Nejad was especially great. He was gracious, a GREAT negotiator and meant it when he said he "wanted to make me happy," taking special action two times to honor that statement.
