This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed in my life and I've travelled all over the world... the lobby looks gorgeous but don't let that fool you, rooms are no indication of the lobby! It was also very expensive for what you got... no breakfast included either! We ended up leaving at 5:00am because the noise was so loud... something in the ceiling was making a terrible noise and the heater/AC wasn't working properly! Room wasn't very clean, pillows had an odour to them! TV didn't work properly either! All in all I would sleep in my car next time and save the outrageous price of $180 for the night! Hope the gal at the check in counter told her manager that we weren't happy like she said she would but I highly doubt it since there seems to be a lot of other unhappy customers that have stayed there as well! Not sure if new management is needed but it certainly isn't like other Sandman's!
