I can't believe it has taken me so long to visit an Arizona Institution that is worthy of so much praise.
Squash Blossoms to start were melt in your mouth wonders of delight. Chef Chrysa said they were the last for a while due to the monsoon rains. We considered ourselves fortunate.
Next came Noble Bread with a hint of Italian Cheese and incredible EVOO. I saved room for California Halibut perfectly seasoned and appointed with thinly sliced squash, potatoes, radish with a subtle complementary sauce. I wanted to lick my plate...that dang good!
Final touches were fresh peach & blueberry galette with house made "cellos" - blood orange and Meyer lemon. Wonderful! Thank you for a gastronomic enjoyable evening!!! Did I mention they serve amazing local organic ROC2 coffee??? Thank you a million! Sabrina you a grand!!!
