Took my car to the dealership for a horrible squealing noise. They claimed they couldn't replicate it, did my 42,000 mile service, and sent me on my way. Immediately the car was squealing again. I randomly chose Lifetime since I was passing by today and hoped they might be able to figure out the squeal. They were short staffed but immediately test drove the car and five minutes later they'd removed the left rear wheel, removed a STICK which was stuck in the rotor, remounted the wheel and wouldn't take any of my money. Five stars. I'll be back for service here! And never going to the dealership again!
