I arrive to the most unfriendly staff that just pushes a clipboard at you, "Fill this out!" I'm here for a DOT recertification so after doing this for 10yrs I know that there is more paperwork to fill out, "Not until you pay!" So then there is the fake smile once you pay. I paid in cash and was due $10.50 in change, "We ONLY have quarters. Look lady I'm only trying to help you. Its been a long morning and I can't take it anymore." Its only 8:30 a.m. and you opened up at 8:00 a.m. Now that they have my money here comes the catch: vitals done immediately then they hit you with the 2hr+ wait. Since you've had your vitals taken no refund just wait your turn. Frustrating for me is that I couldn't understand a word this socal nurse was saying.
