Today would have been my 3rd time having services done. My Daughter had her first hair cut and donated her 8 inches to Pantene Beautiful Lengths through you. I returned for a hair cut and my Daughter was allowed to sit next to me. Today when I arrived, I was advised that she could NOT sit by me but I really need a cut so I agreed and just asked to wait for an end position so I can keep and eye on her. They called my name, opposite side of the salon in the last chair?!?!?!? I offered to wait for a closer student and I got an eye roll so I asked for a refund and left.. There was a man near by (possibly an instructor) offered his suggestion such as "doing something to her hair as a service." I told him I just had 8 inches cut off and she's 4 years old..(they could clearly see she didn't need a cut)
I understand policies are in place for reasons but if it was so important then why was it okay last time but not today. Very disappointing with such outstanding past experiences to end like this and my hair isn't done..
