I originally booked three consecutive MTB rides with Bob but had to cancel one due to my flight change b/c of weather here at home. Bob was extremely responsive and flexible regarding setting up the rides and making adjustments due to my revised schedule. Bob was also very flexible about our start time while still ensuring I would have the full time allotted to ride. Once all was set, Bob picked me up at the Luxor with bikes in tow and off we went. He provided a great bike to ride, did a quick fit, discussed my level of riding and what I wanted to get out of the ride for the day. As a side note, Bob has experience as a trained geologist so he provides great commentary on the scenery around you. The first day was a solid ride, the second day was even better. He took me on trails that were more technical, faster descents and great scenic views. Cycle Vegas may be a small operation compared to others but he excels in service, responsiveness, as well as bike and ride quality. I will ride with Cycle Vegas again when back out there.
