Where to start? The parking lot/store location in the strip are terribly inconvenient. Because of the way the lot is set up and the fact that the store is in a corner make it very likely that you will be walking across alot of parking lot to get to and from your car. The staff is pretty much unhelpful is you ask them something, and there are a few very rude stauuf usually working the register. The registers seem to be down alot. As a guess a third of the times I am in this store there is an issue with the registers not working, or freezeing. They shove so meny wheels racks into main walking isles that it is next to impossible to navigate if you happen to run into another customer, I don't even bother getting one the little carts anymore as they don't fit down half of the isles, even without other shoppers. For what ever reason there always seems to be a line of 5 or 6 people, even when you don't run into other shoppers while shopping. The check out is incredibly slow. If it wasn't super inconvenient to go to the Golden gate store I would more often.
