Wow! Can't believe it... Hubby called at 8am this morning expressing interest in a used X5. We said we would be in around 4:30 since we have to work. Ok cool. Hubby got there at 3:30 an hour before me and the planned time, test drove it, said I would love it, expressing great interest. I got there at 4:30, test drove it, came in to talk figures and apparently they SOLD IT WHILE I WAS TEST DRIVING IT!!! My son was still sitting in the back seat on the lot when he told me they sold it. Granted I'll give him a very slight break since he told me someone was interested but failed to tell me these same people were currently working deal. Ummm being interested and working a deal are two VERY different things. We did go to Chapman in Chandler on the way home and customer service seems ten times better. So we'll see if my unicorn of a car pops back up, but either way still pretty upset. Wouldn't have wasted my time.
