Rented our car at Alamo through Costco Travel. Because we rented through Costco Travel I was told I could not do the Online Check-In Skip the Counter Option offered by Alamo at McCarran International Airport. There were only 3 representatives at the counter when I got there and the line was long. Each customer took approximately 20 minutes to serve. It took me almost an hour to get my paper work done. Getting the car and returning the car was super quick. Wished their counter service was more efficient and better.
