This is only a review of drinks and service, I'm sure I'll end up putting something in my tummy sometime soon and then update the review.
I work near here and without the Shops at Don Mills my coworkers and I would have absolutely nowhere to go for drinks. Joey is an easy choice for our after-work gatherings. The roof-top patio is gorgeous, but we most recently went last Thursday when you couldn't have paid us to sit inside. We were a group of around 10 and the hostesses were inventive in figuring out a way to seat us all. Our server was friendly and comfortable with a large group, separate checks and people coming and going at different times.
Thursday's drink special is some sort of ginormous double vodka soda with slush and goodness. I enjoyed one and had I had the foresight to have not driven to work that day, it would have been a few.
