The owner LuLu is very nice, the salon is very cute, the champagne is wonderful, and my nails look great! But unfortunately, that's if and when you can actually book an appointment. It's hard to get a call back or for someone to answer the phone. Both of my appointments were 30-35 minutes late and always because of "another client." The mani-pedi took three hours due to her squeezing in other clients. My time is important too :( I sorry, but I won't be back. If she hired an assistant to manage her time and said no to late clients, this place would be on FIRE! She's adorable and has a heart of gold while trying to accommodate everyone, but it leads to unhappy customers. I wish her the best!
