Stopped in to see about a sleep number bed @ the new Downtown Summerlin store. Darlene Hart was the person who approached us & offered to help... She is Amazing! She had us lay down and try several beds and we definitely discovered which beds are most comfortable and still supportive for us and our needs.
Darlene was such a trooper... She answered every question, suggested options & gave us all the time we needed & more. Her knowledge was impressive. She was all the good things one could want in a sales person & not at all pushy.
She gave us her card & sent us home to give it some thought as we have a height issue to consider. If we do buy a sleep number bed, & we would like to... It will be from Darlene!!! She was by far the best sleep number person we have ever spoken to. We looked at these beds in California & at another store.
Darlene is worth making an appointment with. You will save tons of time as she is Sooo thorough & truly considers your specific needs.
