location - 8/10 - tight to find if you don't know your way around but works for me
service - 7/10 - this is probably the highest i could give as most of my service issues were as a result of technician negligence - scratching my vehicle, tracking dirt into the interior etc. thankfully, amazing service reps such as Yashar, truly understand customer service and with no questions asked, gets the job done.
staff - 8/10 as i said, Yashar is amazing, Adam who is the service manager is also great, the GM there, James, is very customer service oriented, my suggestion would be to hold mechanics and technicians to the same high standards as the service reps as it would be much more cost effective and pleasurable to have vehicles serviced there ....
