I would say this office is at 3 stars or a little below. The staff is nice and friendly, but as for Dr. Tang...He only says "hi" or "how are you today?" because it is a standard part of social etiquette to greet you. And his tone isn't even nice - I have had multiple appointments, and that is the extent of his interaction, aside from doing his dental exam. I have tried to switch dentists. They make the process complicated. I will say though he puts his personal cell on the office line recording for emergency, and when it comes down to business he is knowledgeable and gets the job done right. What more can you really ask for.
