We are new to the area and this is our first home with a pool. Paul of LESLIE'S POOLS, the East Side Nellis store, has been very helpful and has done everything that he said he would; today you don't always find that level of service, but what really sold us on LESLIE'S POOLS was their SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
We had a rail installed in our Hot Tub for easy entry and exit. The man they sent was named ROBERT BARRETT; he was efficient, competent and affable. He was knowledgeable on not only placement of the rail but took the time to explain why it needed to go where it did. ROBERT BARRETT was in and out in a couple of hours and was able to convey what needed to be done to insure proper cure and setup of the concrete after he left.
WHEN WE HAVE THE OTHER RAIL INSTALLED BY LESLIE'S POOLS WE ARE ASKING FOR ROBERT BARRETT.
