You can't ask for better customer service than you can get here. He came out on a Sunday rekeyed the locks and did everything with a smile.
We had just gone through a difficult day including a car accident, a visit to the hospital and then losing our keys. In the end this was the best thing that could have happened all day was to meet someone who cared. He could've charged us a lot of money but he didn't. Instead he charged us nothing, saying it looked like we have had a bad enough day.
These are the kind of people that we need to make sure to support and hope they are successful so we can continue to see great and caring Customer Service!!!
