Let me just start by saying that my boyfriend and I adore our shepherd mix rescue, Bruce. He is spoiled rotten and loved to pieces. For almost two years we never needed to have arrangements for walkers as we could always work our schedules out. Skip ahead to this year when, to our dismay, our busy and abnormal work schedules would make it to where our pup would be alone 13 hours without us. Far too long in our opinions for our "child". All with the reassurance and promise that they would assist us in finding the perfect match for Bruce. We had almost immediate contact with our walker, Anthony! Upon meet and greet Bruce loved Anthony! Licks and tail wags galore. It's been nearly two months since Anthony has been in our lives, walking Bruce, dealing with our odd schedules, our neediness, and being attentive to needs such as Bruce's luxating patella and his sensitive persona. Anthony will also send pictures occasionally and brings packages in so they don't stay out when we're gone. We love Anthony and we love how professional this agency is! They are organized and on top of everything. Even Stacey, the owner, will personally contact you on several occasions to ensure quality care and will alert you if any account issues or occasional situational changes come up, etc. You can tell this agency is operated with genuine passion for pets and the owners as well. Love it and would recommend to anyone on the search! We all know that as pet owners we are never 100% okay with being separated from our animals, especially to the point that you need assistance, but Queen City Petsitting definitely helps ease that nervousness and strives for excellence...and succeeds.
