The customer service at Enterprise exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely amazing. Friendly, understanding and it set the the trip off great and ended it beautifully. I wish I could thank the individual that helped us mention him directly. It really came down to him making all the difference. I mentioned one little thing about the back seat of the suburban not working and his concern was more about if it had inconvenienced me. I was afraid from a previous competitor's experience that they might try to pin it on my and then I'd be fighting them about the condition they delivered it to me in and the condition I returned it to them. It's not my nature to not inform businesses when something is broken that a good business would want to fix. Apparently with some car rentals it can get you in trouble... But again, I feel I should be helpful and tell them. But back to enterprise. No argument over who was at fault for the mechanical error of the back seat. He was genuinely concerned about if the problem had bothered to me. He thanked me and then reassured me that they would take care of it. Excellent customer service.
