Unkept customer seating and, often, horrible customer service. It's so hit or miss there. Some team members are friendly, engaging, and care about you enjoying your beverage and service... while others act as though your business is an inconvenience to them. My drinks have been both well prepared and incorrect on difficult occasions. It's a Starbucks location.. and, as such, should have the same quality beverages and experience as all the others.
