It's 2017 and I still have to rely on using a gym card every day when I come here. If they had an app or another way to check in besides using a physical card instead of raping us with $12 lost card fees I would have no problem with this gym besides the foul odor. We all have our phones on us, give us the option to check in using our phone. Or do like city athletic and let us punch in our phone number to get in. I am trying to be loyal but I feel like they don't care and like I keep getting played out of $12 lost card fees... get with the times!
