OK, let me start off by saying I HATE cardio. When I signed up for my first bootcamp class here, if I would have known in advance that it was a straight athletic conditioning (aka cardio) class, I would have bailed. However, I felt like I was pleasantly surprised when the 45 minutes flew by. They were great about providing options (both easier and more difficult) to accommodate all fitness levels, had good music going to distract you, and the instructor came around to help provide adjustments and motivation. While I have only been to one class thus far, the theme of each class varies every time, to include different combinations of strength training and cardio. They do not have any machines, just various props (weighted balls, free weights, ropes, etc.). There are also a variety of class times (mornings and evenings) as well as coed vs. guy/girl only to accommodate everyone's schedules and workout preferences. They also offer FREE classes on Saturdays and provide child care!
