The first time I used Pristine they did a good job, this time it was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. They did a horrible job cleaning. They didn't even have their own vacuum and they used mine. My walls were still dirty. My floors were still dirty. My kitchen was dirty. They did not clean my staircase at all. There were rooms they didn't even clean. I called management to discuss the cleaning job and he sent someone out again and still my house was dirty. I called him a second time because I was still so disappointed in the service. Nobody has called me back still after numerous messages have been left. I absolutely would never use this cleaning service again.
