A++++ for this place!
I live down the street, but have never been in. Recently, I got a shellac manicure from somewhere else. I needed to get it off and *fast* because it was chipping and I wasn't able to go back to my regular salon. I went in to see if they could do it.
Immediately after walking in I realized how gorgeous the place was. I never imagined it looked so nice inside! It looked absolutely adorable, and the man working was extremely friendly. I explained to him that I only wanted to get the shellac off, nothing else.
He kindly sat me down immediately and wrapped up my fingers. He took the polish off with serious care, making sure all the nails were in foil long enough and never scraping too hard so my nails would not be damaged. Even though I had never been in and there were other people there, he prioritized getting my polish off.
At the end, I asked how much I owed him, and he was nice enough to give me the service for free! I was expecting to pay $20, so it was really, really a pleasant surprise. I immediately booked my next manicure for Diamond Nails - there customer service is certainly top notch, and I look forward to getting my nails done there!
