To the ER nurse Jennifer, the rest of the ER staff on Nov 24, the Respiratory therapists (Rebecca and crew), and ICU 5th Floor nurses(GP and Patty) from nov 24-dec 1; THANK YOU!!! My grandfather developed a bad case of pneumonia, he had to be intubated and put into ICU for 5 days. It was the scariest moments of my life, but each staff member I encountered was genuinely compassionate and concerned about not just my grand father but about me and the rest of my family as well. The nurses were the first ones to comfort me in a time of uncertainty and assured me they had everything taken cared of and in control! My grandfather was in great hands during his stay and I can't say thank you enough for your diligence and compassion! -- The Moore Ohana
