It is nearly impossible to get through to this practice to make an appointment or even ask a question. I am always on hold longer than 10 minutes. The appointment staff can be quite rude and nurses do eventually call you back but do not leave a direct line. If you miss their call you have to call back, wait a minimum of 10 minutes and then leave a message again. The doctors are great and very thorough but they need to hire more support staff.
