So let me just today I will say goodbye to the Apple store forever. My iPad Pro stopped charging 7 days before I could get an appointment at the Genius Bar . So I looked up what my choices were. I found 5 star reviews for Experimac. Walked in with my sick little iPad thinking I needed a new port only to find out I had a big wad of lint stuck in there. No charge. The young man who helped me couldn't have been nicer. The place was bright and clean. I had no idea I had a choice other than the Genius Bar that's rated with 5 stars. Thank you Experimac. I will tell everyone about you.
