After a horrendous experience with Healing Hearts Peds after our son's birth, we switched to Chandler Mesa Peds and more recently, the Gilbert location. We loved Dr. Haley at the Chandler location and are impressed with Dr. Wallace at the Gilbert location. The med assistants taking vitals at the Gilbert location are phenomenal ...patient, gentle and interactive with our toddler. I feel as though our questions are thoroughly answered and that the doctors explore all options with medications. We never felt pressured or judged when we requested an alternate schedule for vaccines, either.
The wait at the Chandler location was always non-existent with the Gilbert location pretty short as well. The staff is very good at calling back with lab results, providing courtesy calls for upcoming appointments and even call ASAP if you forget/lose an item in the exam room. Highly recommend this practice!
