This review is for the staff/booking/and overall experience I have had with Las Vegas endocrinology. Dr. Nyugen himself is an amazing endocrinologist but really needs to get his office in order. They do not make it an easy or enjoyable experience to be a patient here. The 4 times I have been here I have never once been able to keep the appointment I have booked. They are constantly changing the times and his work schedule. Some weeks he doesn't work morning ,some weeks he does? They will call to move my morning appointment to an afternoon one because " he doesn't work mornings" and then call back a week later to ask if I can come in the morning. If you need to get through to them ,you either wait on hold for over 10 min and have no one click back over, or have to leave a message that may or may not be returned. I was relieved to find a good dr ,but due to the experience here will unfortunately most likely be looking for a new one.
