Please call the County Commissioners to report the Republic Services. They are the ones who regulate what they do!!! RS has a monopoly and they could care less about their customers! If I could give them a zero I would!! I understand companies offer their services and they like to get paid. I have no problem with that. However, sometimes life gets in the way and people have things going on in their lives. I had definitely been remiss for a couple of months but was shocked to get a bill for $261. I called "customer service," which is laughable and got a woman who could barely speak English and one of the rudest women ever on the phone. I asked about the bill and was told curtly and rudely, that was what I owed because I didn't pay. I told her to look at the payments to which she reiterated that's what I owed. She said they had charged a lien against me for $167.00!!! That's on a $90 bill. I asked to speak to a supervisor to which she told me no one was available. I asked for one to call me and that was over two hours ago. I won't hold my breath to get a call. By the reviews, I can see I'm not the only "fan" of Republic Services!
